*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .34 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove) Onions, raw, .25 large (remove) Mushrooms, fresh, 4 large (remove) *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1.95 serving (remove) *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove) Green Olives, 75 grams (remove) Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
saute peppers add onions then mushrooms, cook rice separate add olives and tomatoes at end of time.
