Summertime Iced Chamomile Mint Tea, 8 oz. serving

Ingredients
2 quarts water, divided1 Tbsp. dried chamomile flowers & leaves2 large fresh mint leaves, I prefer peppermint1/4 cup granulated sugar
Directions
Boil one quart water in a kettle. Turn off heat. Drop two fresh mint leaves into water. Place chamomile in tea strainer and drop strainer into water; cover with lid and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Remove herbs from water; pour liquid into a 2 quart pitcher. Add sugar; stir. Add water to fill pitcher. Chill before serving.
