Cilantro Salsa

Ingredients
1 bunch cilantro2 TBS olive oil2 TBS water2 TBS fresh lime juicecoarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
Cut roots and stems off cilantro and toss in a blender. Add remaining ingredients and puree.
