Ingredients
3 large eggs1 c. kefir whey2 c. whole wheat sourdough starter1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour1 tsp. soda2 tsp. baking powder1 1/2 tsp. salt1/4 c. granulated sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl; stir until smooth. Cook in wafflemaker. If batter is too thick, add a small amount of lowfat milk.

Serving Size: Makes 5 large waffles, 1 c. batter each
