Ingredients
2 kiwi2 banana2 cups kale6 strawberries1/2 mango1 cup coconut water3 tbsp hemp hearts or seeds3 tbsp black chia seeds
Directions
soak chia seeds in 2oz coconut water for at least 10 min
blend chia,hemp,kale and coconut water on high until smooth
add strawberries,mango,kiwi,and banana and continue to blend until smooth.
add ice until desired consistency if you did not use frozen fruit.
