Steph's sweet carrots

Ingredients
2lb of baby carrots1/4 cup honey1tsp sugar2tbsp butter
Directions
toss carrots, and honey together in a bowl to coat. Make a foil pouch on a cookie sheet, spread carrots out inside the foil pouch. Chop the butter into very small cubes at least 16 pieces. place the butter around the carrots as evenly spaced as possible. sprinkle the sugar over the carrots. Close the pouch. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 or until they are as soft as you like them.
