Turkey 370 g1 onion1 green pepper1 remiro pepper6 mushrooms2 Pak choi1 tbs olive oil1 400ml can coconut milkFresh gingerFresh lemongrassSambal olek
Directions
Sauté veg except Pak choi in oil, add diced turkey , spices and colour near ass Pak choi and coconut milk and cover, cook a further 10 mins or so, serve with rice
