Fried potatoes with eggs and mushrooms

*Baked Potato, with skin, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia. Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 4 large Milk, 1%, .25 cup Olive Oil, 2 1tsp Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup Salt, .5 tsp Pepper, black, 1 dash
Heat oil and saute chopped onion. Chop into bite size pieces one left over baked potato peeled, add to sauted onions, add salt and pepper to taste. Add one can of drained mushrooms, heat together and push to side of pan. Scramble the eggs with milk and some salt and pepper, scramble in pan and mix with potatoes when eggs are cooked.
