Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients
12 oz. frozen raspberries1/4 cup xylitol3 T water3 T chia seeds
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine berries, xylitol, and water.

Over medium heat, bring to a boil and cook until berries are soft, about 2 minutes.

Remove from heat. Mash the berries slightly with a fork. Add the chia seeds and sir well. Let cool.

Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
