Spinach quiche

Ingredients
3 boxes of frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry1 dozen eggs2 slices cooked bacon1 T bacon greaseSalt, pepper and spices of your choice
Directions
beat the eggs until well mixed.
Add the 3 boxes of well drained chopped spinach
salt, pepper and your choice of spices.
Mix well.
Bake in large teflon fry pan that has been greased with bacon fat at 325 % for 20 to 25 minutes until set.
