Ingredients:I Golden Home ultra thin pizza whole grain large crust1/2 Pound ground beef 93% Lean, 8 ounces3 ounces of fresh, sliced, button mushrooms I cup Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk12 Tablespoons chunky salsa - mild or mediumI/3 fresh onion1 Medium Green Bell Pepper
Brown ground beef. Put the salsa on the crust. Spread ground beef, onion, and green pepper on the salsa. Sprinkle on the cheese. Then add the mushrooms on top. Bake on the center rack of the oven at 425 for 10 to 12 minutes. Cut into eight slices and serve.
