Grilled Vegetable stack

Ingredients
1 large mushroom cap1/4 zucchini, sliced length-wise1 1/4 inch slice red onion1/6 red bell pepper1/4 oz feta cheese1/4 oz goat cheese crumbles1/4 oz swiss cheese1/4 oz mozzarella cheese
Directions
grill vegetables until lightly charred.
assemble the stacks- place mushroom cap top down, top with feta cheese, cut zucchini in half width-wise and layer on the stack. Add the goat cheese. Layer with the onion slice and top with the Swiss cheese. Place the red bell pepper on top and top with the mozzarella. Place on the top rack of grill for about 10 minutes or until the cheeses are melted.
