Ingredients
1 tsp margarine1egg1/4 cup ground flax2 tbsp. hemp seed(optional)1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 pkg of sweetner
Directions
Using a microwave melt margarine in a coffee cup.
Add other ingredients and stir. Microwave for 1 minute and 45 sec or 2 minutes if using hemp seed.
