Cauliflower, cooked, 120 grams Kroger's slivered almonds, 1/2 cup Hershey's Natural Unsweetened cocoa, 1/2 cupMaple Syrup, 2 tbsp365 Organic Almond Milk Unsweetened, 1 1/2 cupEggs, 3 large Erythritol 1/2 cup
Set the oven to 350 degrees f.
1. In a food processor, blend the steamed cauliflower until smooth.
2. Add almonds and cocoa powder, blend for a few seconds.
3. Add in the almond milk and blend until you reach a purée-like consistency.
4. Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 for 25-28 minutes.
