Grilled Corn, Avacado, Edamame and Tomato with Honey Lime Dressing

Ingredients
Grilled Sweet Corn - 4 EarsEdamame, shelled, fresh - 2 CupsCherry Tomatoes, halved, 1 PintLime Juice of 2 limesExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 6 tbspHoney, 2 tbsp Garlic, 2 cloves, mincedAvocados, 3 SaltPepper Cayenne Pepper
Directions
Grill corn. Cut off kernels and add to large mixing bowl with edamame and cherry tomatoes.

Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, pepper and cayenne in a smaller bowl.

Pour over top of vegetables. Top with 1/2 an avocado per serving. Add additional salt on top, to taste.
