Mexican Cesar Salad

Ingredients
6 cups shredded romaine lettuce1/4 cup pepitas seeds or pumpkin seeds2 tbsp. ParmesanFor the dressing:1 bunch cilantro leavesjuice of 1 lemon1 tbsp. mayonnaise3 tbsp. yogurt2 tbsp. skim milksalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add ingredients for the dressing to a blender and blend on high speed for a minute or two. Place lettuce in a bowl. Drizzle dressing over the top. Sprinkle pepitas and Parmesan over the top and serve.
