Prawn salad with orange and avocado

Ingredients
*Lettuce, Little Gem/Miniature Romaine/Cos Lettuce, 88 gram (remove), chopped roughly*avocado - raw, 78 gram(s) - slicedking prawn, 123 gram(s) - cooked and allowed to coolCara Cara Orange - 1 medium orange, peeled and cut into slicesScallions, raw, 3 medium (4-1/8" long), finely choppedLime Juice, 0.5 lime yields*Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli dipping sauce (30ml), 0.5 serving - basically a dessert spoon
Directions
Arrange the lettuce in a dish and add the avocado and prawns on top. Add the orange slices and scatter over the chopped scallions. Mix the lime juice and sweet chilli dipping sauce together and pour over the salad.
