cheesy bacon scalloped potatoes

4 Yukon Gold Potatoes 2 packages (or 2 cups) of shredded cheddar cheese - I used extra sharp 8 slices of precooked Bacon1/2 cup Flour, white1 cup Milk, 1%,
preheat the oven to 425. Slice potatoes as thin as you can make them. Grease 9x9 casserole dish. In a bowl or measuring cup mix the flour and milk together. Place a thin layer of potatoes at the bottom of the casserole dish, crumble two slices of bacon and scatter over the potato layer and cover with cheese. Pour a little of the flour milk mixture over the cheese and then do the rest of the layers the same all the way to the top. Cover casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes. remove aluminum foil and cook until the cheese is as brown as you like.
