Lemon & Oregano Chicken Breasts

2-3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)1/4 C extra virgin olive oil1 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper1 tsp dried oregano4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, washed well & patted dry.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper, oregano. Transfer the mixture to a large Ziploc bag & add chicken. Squeeze out as much air as possible, seal the bag, and shake to coat the chicken in the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning once after 30 minutes.
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Lightly oil a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Transfer the chicken to prepared pan/dish & pour the marinade over the top. Cover tightly with foil & bake in preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until the juices run clear. Uncover & bake for 5 more minutes. Remove from oven & allow the chicken to cool & rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve Warm.
