1/2 Polish sausage sliced1 green bell pepper1 clove minced garlic1 can white beans1 pinch salt, pepper, sugar, cumin, paprika, chili powder1 tablespoon parsley1 tablespoon salsa verde1 cup cooked white rice2 tablespoon olive oil
heat oil in pan
add garlic and sausage and brown
add bell peppers and saute
drain can of beans and add beans to pan
add spices and salsa and simmer
serve over rice
