LCHF Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
1 pkg Chicken drumsticks1 tbsp Olive oil2 tbsp Soy sauce or Bragg Amino Acids1 tbsp water1 tbsp ButterSaltpeppercayenne pepperbasil
Directions
Melt the butter. Put the olive oil, water and soy sauce with the butter and mix it all well. Put the chicken drumsticks in an oven dish and pour the butter mix on top of the drumsticks. Add the spices and herbs on top of the chicken. Heat the oven to 350 degrees and cook the drumsticks in the oven for around 30-35min.

    This was really good. There were no measures for the salt, pepper, oregano etc. I used a teaspoon of Cavender's Greek Seasoning, which is basically the same herbs and spices. I also added turmeric and paprika. We served with basmati rice. Very good (the rice isn't KETO friendly but I didn't eat much - 9/1/16
