5 packets of stevia in the raw1 tablespoon Bob's Red Mill whole grain corn flour1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder1/8 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon unsweetened apple sauce1 egg white1/4 vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add in applesauce, egg, and vanilla and stir until combined.
3. Put the batter into a greased baking dish and bake in the oven at 350F for 18-25 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes.
