Beef Tips & Noodles (Country Pasta made w/ corn starch)

Ingredients
2-3 lb. beef roast, trimmed, reserving broth for gravy.3 Tbsp beef base (I use McCormick)3/4 C corn starch3 C (appx) water14 oz. (appx) egg noodles
Directions
I usually cook my roast in the crock pot all day with enough water to cover it 1/4 to 1/2 way. Trim fat and cut into chunks, while boiling water to cook noodles. Put meat and broth into large stock pot. If cooled, you can add corn starch but if it's still hot, mix corn starch in cool water to avoid lumping. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Add cooked pasta. mix together then serve.
