Bison & Pumpkin Stew - Paleo

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Bison Burger2 Tsp bacon grease 2 Med Zucchini chopped3 Campari Tomatoes chopped & seeded1 15oz can Pumpkin3 stalks Celery choppedWhatever spices you want...I used Oregano, Salt, Garlic powder and a little Cajun Seasoning.
Directions
Brown bison and set aside
Saute zucchini & celery, in bacon grease,till tender. Add seasonings, tomatoes, bison and pumpkin and cook 5-10 minutes till hot.

Can be served with shredded cheese on top.
