2 cups Pinto Beans, cleaned & washed4 cloves garlic, chopped4 oz tomato pasteSalt (to taste)Pepper (to taste)1 cup chopped onion
Put washed beans in med crockpot and add water top, leaving an inch clearance. Add chopped garlic cloves, tomato paste and salt and pepper. Leave to cook on high for 3 hours. Add chopped onions and cook for another hour.
