Chilled Cucumber-Yogurt Soup

Ingredients
Cucumber (peeled), 4 cup, grated Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Fage - 0%, plain, 16 oz Garlic, 1 clove (remove), minced Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp Honey, 1 tbsp 1/2-1 tsp. salt minced fresh mint and chives to garnish
Directions
Combine all but garnishes and stir until well-blended. Chill 'til very cold. Serve topped with herbs.
