Exotec's Brandy Cream Sauce

Ingredients
3 T coconut (or peanut) oil4 T butter2 T Wondra™ flour2 T brandyabout 1/4 c finely sliced or diced mushroomsabout 1/4 c cooked green peas1 c whole milk (or cream)
Directions
Cook peas and hold.
Saute mushrooms in oil and butter.
Remove and set aside.
Deglaze any pan bits with brandy.
Add Wondra™ flour and stir to form roux.
Add milk to watery consistency, and add reserved veggies.
Simmer, stirring, to desired thickness.

Serve over seafood or chicken, etc.
