Bikini Mom Cucumber Salad

1 - cucumber seeded1 - jalapeno seeded1 - plum tomato seeded1 handful of cilantro diced (your preference)1 - minced garlic1/2 cup of sour cream2 - tablespoons lemon juice1 - tablespoon lime juice1/2 tablespoon seasoning salt1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
cut cucumber, pepper, tomato, garlic and cilantro. Mix sour cream, lemon, lime and seasoning in a separate bowl, once mixed pour onto of vegetables. Serve immediately, I use pita chips or crackers!
