Blueberry Dumplings

Ingredients
4 cups frozen blueberries3/4 cup SplendaWater2 cups Bisquick Mix2/3 cup 2% milk
Directions
Place blueberries in a large, deep frying pan or wok. Add water to just cover the blueberries. Add Splenda and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. While this is heating, mix together the Bisquick and milk in a separate bowl until just mixed (don't overwork the dough).

When the blueberry mixture is boiling, drop spoonfuls of the dough (about 1/4 cup each) into the boiling mixture and reduce heat. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Then cover and cook another 10 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 8 servings.
