Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Goodness

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream 1/2 cup butter. Add gradually 1/2 cup brown sugar & beat till creamy. Add 1/2 cup Splenda & beat till creamy. Beat in 1 large egg & 1 tsp vanilla. Mix well. Sift & stir in 1 cup & 2 Tbs of whole wheat flour with 1/4 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp baking soda. Mix it up. Stir in 100 grams or 1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate drops. Stir well. Grease a baking sheet well. Drop batter by spoonfuls onto it, leaving space between, & bake 7 to 10 minutes. Splenda in baked goods doesn't brown well, so let your nose tell you if the cookie is done!
Directions
375 degree preheated oven. Use a well greased baking sheet. Bake 7-10 minutes. Splenda doesn't brown like real sugar, so let your nose be the judge of done ness.
