Half a Beef Polska Keilbasa1/4 cup diced onion1/2 green bell pepper1 clove garlic1 can dark red kidney beans - drainedBrown rice cooked
Directions
Saute garlic, onion, and pepper
add in sliced sausage stir until heated through
add in kidney beans stir until well mixed and heated all the way through
serve over rice
