Low Fat Banana Muffins

Ingredients
.5 cup honey.5 cup applesauce3 med bananas, mashed1 egg1 cup all purpose flour.5 cup of whole wheat flour1 tsp. of baking sodasalt1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a small bowl whisk honey, applesauce, and egg together. Add mashed bananas. In a larger bowl combine all dry ingredients and then add the banana mixture to it. spray 12 large muffin tins with butter flavor pam. divide up mixture into all 12 muffin tins.

You can add some chocolate chips or add chopped fruit to these. try anything ....they are great!
