Ingredients
1 medium Vidallia Onion sliced1 Med. Green Bell Pepper slicedMushrooms, canned, small can*Bragg's Liquid Amino Acid, 2 tsp Tresomega Nutrition Orgamic Ex. Virgin Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat coconut oil in a medium skillet. Cut sirlion into bite size pieces.When oil is heated, add meat Turn heat down as needed to avoid cooking too fast. Cook meat to a medium well. Add onions and bell pepper. Drain small can of mushrooms and add to mixture. Cover with lid and let simmer. Stir only as needed.Cook to desired tenderness then add mushrooms and amino acid. Cook long enough to heat mushrooms.
