Bison Burger or Meat Loaf

Ingredients
40 oz 90% lean Ground Bison2 eggs2 cups dry oatmeal4 Tbls Ketcup or tomato paste2 Tbls Worcestershire Sauce10 twists freshly ground pepper1/2 cup finely chopped onion1 stalk finely chopped celerygarlic powder optional
Directions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl with hands and form into patties. Freeze with wax paper dividers in freezer bags or vacume packs. Or... spray loaf pan and cook at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes.
