Ground Turkey Breakfast Buritto

Ingredients
1 pound 97% lean ground turkey 1(a little more if desired)cup egg substitute 10 Flour Tortillas 7 cups diced potatoes,peeled 1.5 cups Cabot 50%reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown turkey in a skillet sprayed with Pam
Brown potatoes in a seperate skillet sprayed with Pam,on high heat for a bout 5 minutes,then turn down to medium to medium low and cover.Stir potatoes occasionally.Cook additional 20-25 minutes,until cooked through
Scramble egg substitute in a skillet sprayed with Pam
Mix turkey,egg and potatoes together in a large bowl.
Lay out the tortillas,add an equal amount of mix onto each tortilla,and sprinkle with cheese.
Wrap a tortilla in plastic wrap and microwave for about 20 seconds and enjoy!For added flavor,add hot sauce!!
