    I would suggest using a frozen banana and/or vanilla yoghurt instead of the skim milk. Be sure to use smooth peanut butter! - 3/2/09

    This tastes great, but if you like your smoothies thick you might want to use some frozen yogurt instead of the milk. Either way, it's a great way to satisfy a craving for a peanut butter milkshake! - 3/21/07
