This was good, but the fish was rather bland. Next time I'll add more spice. - 5/6/08

Took the advice of other comments and added a few red pepper flakes & cooked it longer (almost 40 mins). Came out just fine and was nice & light. - 4/14/11

Meh. I used rockfish, only 1/2lb and very thin, and the fish was cooked, but the veggies were definitely not. The flavor of this dish was ok, but not interesting enough for my palate. If I try again, I'll put everything in but the fish for 15min and then put the fish on top for another 20min. - 4/6/11

This was a mess. The fish didn't cook even after 30 minutes (I used Cod), and I ended up having to microwave it. The flavor was blah. - 6/17/08

TASTY! I used halibut the first time I made this, but can see myself making this delicious, yet light and filling meal with seabass, orange roughy and more. - 4/23/08
