Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1/4 lb of hot pork sausage1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed1 can tomato soup (reserve 1/4 can for topping)1 eggt sp salt1.5 tsp pepper1/4 c milk
Directions
Spray non-stick spray in muffin cups. Mix all ingredients and distribute between the muffin cups. Spoon remaining soup over the top of meat. Bake at 400 for 15-25 minutes, or until done.
