Spinach Feta Breakfast tortilla

Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach1/4 cup onion chopped1 egg + 1 egg white1 oz feta cheese1 7" whole wheat tortilla
Directions
Chop spinach and onion. In small skillet coated with cooking spray saute onion about 2 minutes, then add spinach and saute another minute. Add egg and continue cooking. Microwave tortilla for about 20 seconds. Layer egg and spinach on tortilla, top with feta. Fold and eat.
