Shredded Italian beef

Ingredients
2 1/2 lb. chuck roast1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 tsp oregano1 tsp parsley1 tsp onion salt1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp basil1 bay leaf2 (0.7) packets of Italian seasoning mix2 cups of beef broth1 cup of water
Directions
Mix all seasoning, bay leaf, seasoning mix and beef broth. Bring to a boil in a sauce pan. Pour over roast in slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. Cook on low for 8 hours. An hour before it is finished, shred the beef and cook in juice for an additional hour.
