Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lb Beef Stew Meat1 onion, chopped2 cups uncooked mushrooms, sliced1 packet dry onion soup mix2 cans low fat cream of mushroom soupEgg noodles, broccoli, or rice prepared for serving
Directions
Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours. Serve over egg noodles, broccoli, or rice.
