Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cupsQuaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 2 cupsHormel REAL crumb. Bacon 6 oz.Whey Protein - 2 scoopsOrganic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal, 6 tbspLouAna Pure Coconut Oil, 3/4 cupBaking Soda, 3 tspSea Salt with iodine, 2 tsp Buttermilk 2.5 cupVelveta chipotle, 3/4Hickory smoke flavoring - 2 tbsp
Hickory smoke flavoring not in database and iodized sea salt not there either. :-(
Mix the dry ingredients. Slowly add coconut oil and mix together by hand until flour mixture has a crumb texture. Add buttermilk and kneed until able to form a solid ball of dough. Cut into squares or rounds and use a fork to make multiple air vents on both sides. Bake in the oven at 325 for about 20 minutes. Turn and allow to finish baking another 20 minutes. Place in dehydrator for 6-8 hours, seal with vacuum sealer. Basically a whole meal on its own.
