Melon Salad

Ingredients
Cut up 4 cups of watermelon, 1 1/2 cups of honeydew and 1 1/2 cups of cantaloupe. Add to large bowl. (We actually just used half of each melon and it was great). In another bowl, mix 1 tbsp of chopped mint leaves (or about 6 leaves), 2 tbsp of honey and about 1 tsp of coconut oil. Drizzle over the melon mixture.
