8 oz. mild cheddar cheese, shredded4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature1/4 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup jarred pimentos, undrainedpinch cayenne pepper
Directions
Place ingredients in the bowl of a heavy-duty mixer. Process until well combined. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container several hours before serving, for the best flavor.
