Ingredients

1/2 Med Banana (fresh)1 Large Strawberry (fresh)1/4 cup Seedless Grapes (fresh)1/2 cup Blueberries (fresh)1/4 cup Applejuice1/2 cup of Ice1 Tbsp of Granola (optional)
Put 1/2 cup of ice and 1/4 Applejuice in blender
Place 1/2 Banana, 1 Large strawberry (cut of stem), 1/4 seedless grapes and 1/2 cup of blueberries in blender.
Blend to desired thickness
Add Granola (optional) for crunch
Makes 1 16 oz serving, great for those to go coffee containers!
