Ingredients
1 Cup Egg Substitute1 Cup fat free half & half1/2 Cup water1 Cup Heart Healthy Bis quick2 tsp Mrs. Dash table blend1/2 cup diced onion1/2 cup diced green pepper1 cup chopped mushrooms1/2 cup shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Saute onion, mushroom, green peppers and any other chosen ingredients. Whip egg substitute, fat free half & half, water, heart healthy bis quick and spices. Pour mix into greased muffin pan, 1/2 full. Scoop Tbls of veggie mix into cups and sprinkle with cheese. Makes 24-2inch pies. Freeze and grab for a quick reheat when you need a breakfast to go.
