Lima Bean and Cashew Burgers (vegan & gluten-free)

Ingredients
Carrots, 1 mediumOnions, 1 small Green Garlic Scapes - 5 stalksDill weed, fresh, 10 sprigsParsley, 10 sprigsLima Beans, 3 cupCashew Nuts, dry roasted or raw, 1 cupFlax Seed Meal, 6 tbsp9 tbsp waterOlive oil, 1 tspBragg's Liquid Aminos, 2 tbspChili powder, 1 tsp10 big collard leaves, stems removed
Directions
Soak the beans overnight.
Soak the cashews for an hour.
Cook the beans until just under-done.
Cook the onions in a little water.
Mix the flax meal with water and let it gel.

Put everything except the flax in the food processor and blend until well-blended. Scoop it into a bowl and add the chili powder, Bragg's and flax gel.

Put little oil on your hands and form into 3 oz patties. Fry, bake, or BBQ (on one of those trays that fits on the BBQ). Serve wrapped in a collard leaf with your favourite condiments!
