8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature1/3 cup Swerve, confectioner's style1/3 cup lemon juicedash iodized sea salt1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup heavy cream
Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a heavy duty mixer. Mix on low until combined. Beat on high until the mixture is fluffy.
Spoon into individual serving dishes. Refrigerate. Serve chilled.
