Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
1 can of black beans1/2 unsweetened cocoa1/2 cup coconut oil or marg3 large eggs1/2 tsp. baking soda1 tblsp. vanilla1 c. stevia or splenda - cup for cup measure
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in blender until smooth. Scoop into lined muffin tins.
