1.5 lbs left over pork loin roast1 8 oz. can tomato sauce1/4 c. organic brown sugar2 tbs. black strap molasses1/2 a medium raw onion, chopped2 garlic cloves, chopped1 tsp. ground turmeric 1 tbs. Chipotle chili powder (for delicious smokey flavor)Add the following to taste:1 tsp. Tabasco sauce1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Re-purpose left over pork loin roast or pre-cook 1.5 lbs of fresh pork loin. Place in slow cooker and add all ingredients. Cook 6 hours or overnight.
